We continue to search for original recipes for light snacks for the New Year's table. These include easy-to-make and original-looking canapes.
Instead of the usual sandwiches, you can serve canapes with red fish, caviar and cottage cheese.
1. Using a shot glass, squeeze the crumb out of the bread into a round shape, lightly grease it with vegetable oil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
2. Cut the fish and cream cheese into thin slices.
3. Cut the cucumber into thin slices, the size of the bread pan.
4. Wrap the cheese in a slice of fish and decorate the cheese with herbs.
5. Form the appetizer by placing a slice of cucumber on the bread, a roll of fish and cheese on top, thread it onto a skewer and decorate with red caviar. Enjoy your meal!
