Cooking vareniki is not a complicated matter. You probably thought so until you tried to boil the pieces of dough with the delicious filling hidden inside.

In reality, it often turns out that once in the pan, the dumplings fall apart.

As a result, instead of beautiful whole dumplings, there is an incomprehensible “something” on the plate, which makes all your appetite disappear somewhere.

Therefore, before you begin such a responsible (as it turns out) task as cooking dumplings, you should familiarize yourself with the rules for their preparation.

1. Do not put the dumplings in boiling and bubbling water - first reduce the heat and only then put them in the pan.

2. Do not overcook the dumplings: after 5 minutes, taste them, and if you are satisfied with the result, turn off the heat.

3. Add vegetable oil to the pan – it is believed that this ingredient prevents the dumplings from “losing face”, that is, their shape.
