Meat in French style has already become as familiar on holiday tables as vinaigrette or Olivier salad.
But you can't do without hot appetizers. Here's a no less delicious and quicker recipe for chicken fillet baked in the oven with pineapple and cheese.
1. Rinse the chicken fillet and cut lengthwise into portions.
2. Place the meat on a baking sheet or in a baking dish close to each other, add salt, pepper and other spices to taste.
3. Grease the top of the meat with mayonnaise (sour cream or other sauce).
4. Drain the marinade from the jar of canned pineapple and cut the pieces into thin slices.
5. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Place the pineapples on top of the fillet, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
