This recipe is different from the usual one.
The thing is that Japanese pancakes are made from simple ingredients, but they turn out more airy, tall and interesting when compared to the classic version of this dish.
First, you need to sift the flour with baking powder, and then add vanillin and salt to the dry ingredients.
Separately, lightly beat the yolks and add them to the dry mixture. Then you can pour in the milk. It is important to take the products out of the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature.
As soon as the mass is homogeneous, you need to move on to the whites with sugar. The preparation needs to be whipped until a dense foam appears.
Then all the ingredients need to be combined and mixed.
Pancakes should be baked in a preheated frying pan with oil. It is advisable to use a pastry ring for this, which should be filled with dough halfway.
The treat should be fried for no more than 5 minutes.
It is better to serve pancakes with honey, berries or fruits.
