A great replacement for traditional boiled potatoes is potato pampushki. You'll have to tinker a little, but overall the recipe is simple and cheap.
And if you pour garlic sauce over them, the pampushki will be a great addition to red borscht.
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins and, after they cool, peel and grate on a fine grater.
2. Add salt and flour to taste to the prepared mixture, knead into a homogeneous dough and let the flour sit for another 5 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough, divide into 8 parts, form small balls from them, you can give them a beautiful shape using improvised means or utensils.
4. Fry in a frying pan with plenty of vegetable oil.
Serve with garlic or garlic-cream sauce.
Earlier we talked about how much bread and onions should be in cutlet mince.
