Tangerines are a fruit that most people associate with New Year's holidays. But you can serve the aromatic citrus in a more interesting way than just putting out a plate of fruit.

For example, tangerines can be used as an addition to homemade baked goods.

The pie turns out soft, a little moist, and the juicy citrus slices make the taste of the dessert more interesting.

Ingredients

  • flour - 300 g;
  • milk - 40 ml;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - 150 ml;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp;
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • tangerines - 6 pcs.

How to make tangerine pie

First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the baking pan with parchment. Then you can start making the dough for your homemade treat.

First of all, you need to beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer. You should get a fluffy light mass. Gradually pour in the oil, but do not remove the mixer.

Then you should pour in the milk.

The mass must be thoroughly mixed.

The sifted flour should be mixed with salt and baking powder, and then mixed with a spatula into the resulting dough, which should be poured into a baking dish.

Place fruit slices on top.

The pie needs to be baked for about 40 minutes.

Before serving, it is advisable to sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar.
