Mayonnaise is the most popular salad dressing. But with a high-calorie sauce, high-calorie salads become even heavier.
The sauce is not the only thing in the world, and you can find a lot of recipes to replace it.

Mix 200 ml of yogurt and cottage cheese, add 2 teaspoons of mustard and the same amount of lemon juice, two yolks and beat with a blender.
Take 100 g of cottage cheese and natural yogurt, a tablespoon of tomato paste, salt and pepper, aromatic herbs. The sauce is thick, like sour cream.
Mix two egg yolks with salt and pepper, add the juice of ½ lemon, pour in 120 ml of olive oil and wait until it thickens.
Add chopped dill, 5 olives, pickled cucumber and 2 cloves of garlic passed through a press. Mix the ingredients with the sauce and serve the sauce.
