The cake should be not only tasty, but also beautiful, but the time of butter cream has long passed: it has been replaced by such a decoration option as biscuit moss.
If you want to make a fabulous decoration that imitates not only moss, but also grass or corals, first prepare the necessary ingredients:
The flour needs to be sifted, then combined with baking powder and mixed thoroughly.
The first stage is followed by the second, which consists of beating the egg-sugar mixture. This should be done at high speeds so that the mass increases in volume.
Add fresh honey. If you only have crystallized honey, fix it by heating it in a water bath.
Now add the flour and stir again to get a homogeneous mass. Once this step is completed, you can “attach” the water-soluble food coloring to the rest of the ingredients.
There is a little left: fill plastic or paper cups one third with the resulting mass and put them in the microwave.
The moss is cooked for one minute on high power.
Now cool the decoration on a wire rack and you can use it to decorate the cake.
