It is difficult to imagine wafer rolls, the beloved “nuts” or a cake made from wafer layers without a filling in the form of boiled condensed milk.

But it often happens that the store closest to your home does not have the product you need in stock - on the shelves there are only pot-bellied jars of regular condensed milk.

Previously, in such cases, housewives would obediently take a tin with milk and sugar inside, and then spend 2-3 hours at home boiling it, immersing it in a saucepan with boiling water.

We have a much faster method, using which you will get boiled condensed milk in about 10 minutes.

To do this, transfer 500 g of condensed milk into a glass container – you can use either a plate or a jar.

Place the container in the microwave and set the time to 120 seconds and the power to 800 W.

After 2 minutes, remove the condensed milk and stir it thoroughly, then place it back behind the closed microwave door under the same conditions.

You will have to repeat the above steps two or three more times until you achieve the desired consistency.
