It would seem that mashed potatoes with meat cutlets and a tasty and aromatic gravy is a fairly everyday dinner.

But even such a boring combination of flavors can be diversified, and today we will tell you how to do this.

We won't dwell on mashed potatoes - even a novice housewife knows how to make it. And if you don't know yet how to give mashed potatoes a delicate creamy taste, add milk and butter to the saucepan when chopping potatoes.

The fun begins when it comes to cutlets.

To prepare an unusual meat dish, you will need not only minced meat, but also the same amount of pre-boiled buckwheat.

Now add chopped onion to the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste, and add your favorite seasonings. Mix the mince and form cutlets from it, which should be rolled in flour before frying.

While the cutlets are frying, make the gravy. To do this, fry the onion cut into half rings in another frying pan, add a little flour, tomato paste and water – everything by eye.

Place the cutlets into the resulting gravy and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
