Rice is a very popular type of cereal, which can be safely called universal and basic.
Experienced housewives always have a couple of packs of rice at home.

- 250 grams of rice;
- 500 ml of water;
- two spoons of tomato paste;
- small chili pepper;
- a teaspoon of ground ginger;
- two cloves of garlic;
- a couple of spoons of oil;
- half a bunch of onions;
- salt.
Remember that cooks recommend pre-rinsing rice to remove stickiness and tackiness. After that, the grain needs to be dried.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chopped garlic for a couple of minutes. Then add chopped chili and ginger powder.
After a few minutes, add tomato paste. At this stage, you can add salt and other spices if desired. Many seasonings go well with rice.
Combine rice with prepared sauce. Fry in a frying pan for two minutes. Pour in half a liter of water and bring to readiness.
When serving, add the onion.
