How to Make a Homemade Chip Analogue

List of required ingredients

- 500-700 grams of potatoes;
- 2-3 tablespoons of refined vegetable oil;
- sea salt (at personal discretion);
- spices (it is best to choose paprika, dried herbs, granulated garlic, turmeric, paprika, chili powder).

Method of cooking the dish

First, peel the potatoes, wash and dry them. Then try to cut the potatoes into thin slices. It is desirable that the thickness does not exceed two millimeters. Yes, this is not an easy task, but the efforts will clearly pay off.
