The easiest way to prepare dinner, a snack for guests, or a pie for tea is to use lavash.
Housewives use it to make rolls, fold envelopes, cook sausages in dough in a hurry and even desserts. Here is a recipe for a meat pie.
1. Cut the onion into small cubes, fry, and when it turns golden, add the sliced champignons. Fry until the water evaporates.
2. Then add the mince and cook until done. Add salt and spices to taste, mix and transfer to a plate – the filling should cool.
3. Finely chop the greens, add to the minced meat, then add one raw egg, mix, spread the filling across the width of the lavash sheet and wrap into a tight roll.
4. Take a round baking pan, grease it with oil, and lay out the roll in a “snail” shape. Put the tomatoes, cut into thin slices, on top.
5. Beat two eggs with salt, add sour cream and pour over the lavash, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the pie in it for 30 minutes.
Bon appetit!
