For most people, the morning starts with scrambled eggs. Whatever nutritionists say about bad cholesterol, but sometimes it is the best breakfast – quick and filling.
Here's another recipe to serve scrambled eggs for breakfast again. This is said to be how Turkish cooks prepare them.
1. Fill a saucepan with water to a depth of 4 centimeters and bring it to a boil.
2. Place the yogurt in a bowl, add the crushed garlic and salt, and place it in the pan so that it does not touch the bottom.
3. Heat, stirring, until the yogurt becomes thick like whipped cream, then remove from heat.
4. Melt the butter in a clean bowl, add pepper.
5. Take a pan of water and poach the eggs. Transfer to a plate, pour over yogurt, butter, sprinkle with fresh chopped dill and serve.
