Leftovers from yesterday's dinner or today's lunch can be turned into a full-fledged meal.
For example, mashed potatoes are used to make pies, rolls or casseroles. Pasta is no worse in this regard. Here is a casserole that can be made from leftover pasta.
1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
2. Pour vegetable oil over the pasta and stir.
3. Cut the tomatoes into quarters or thinner slices and add to the pasta.
4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the herbs, add to the pasta and mix.
5. Grease a baking dish with oil, add the pasta and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Bon appetit!
