Many salads with interesting and, at first glance, unusual combinations have become real culinary "hits".
Regarding chicken with pineapple, this statement is also completely true.
Thanks to its good taste, the dish simply does not have time to "stagnate", as it is very popular.
- about five pineapple rings (canned);
- 2 pieces of boiled fillet;
- half a head of Chinese cabbage;
- salt and mayonnaise.
Remember that the fillet should not be "rubbery", otherwise the taste of the salad will be mediocre. After the fillet is boiled and brought to a comfortable temperature, it can be chopped.
Then we cut the Chinese cabbage into smaller pieces.
We also try to chop the pineapples as small as possible: the cubes should be no more than one centimeter.
We put the ingredients in a bowl. Then add salt and season with a few spoons of mayonnaise. Before serving, you can add some greens.
