Cocoa should warm not only your hands with a hot cup. Marshmallows or cinnamon are common additions to the drink.
There is a lazy recipe for making cocoa - directly in a cup or using so-called semi-finished products. However, it will taste better if you cook it in milk.
1. Mix cocoa and sugar in a separate container.
2. The milk needs to be heated, but not brought to a boil.
3. Add a little milk to the container with the dry mixture, mix thoroughly to obtain a thick and homogeneous mixture.
4. After the lumps have completely dissolved, pour this mixture into a saucepan with hot milk and cook, stirring, until foam appears (7-10 minutes), then pour into cups.
You can add a couple drops of lemon juice to the cocoa.
The classic cocoa recipe is to add vanillin and cinnamon.
If you like, you can add a pinch of salt – it is a well-known natural flavor enhancer.
And you will get a truly wintery drink if you add a little hot pepper, but only a little.
