Curd cheeses are a delicacy that everyone has known since childhood. This is a delicate curd mass covered with a thin layer of chocolate.
These curds can be not only a wonderful dessert, but also a filling snack.
Experienced housewives prefer to prepare such a treat themselves.
In this case, there will definitely be no doubts about the composition, storage or shelf life of the product. Another advantage is that you can safely add your favorite ingredients to the filling, for example, jam, coconut flakes or raisins.
Today we will look at the classic version of preparation.
For the glaze, you need to prepare 100 g of milk chocolate and 50 g of butter.
First, you need to make the filling. Melt the butter and mix it with sugar until smooth. Then you can add the cottage cheese. It is advisable to rub it through a sieve, but if you want to make the process easier, you should beat it with a blender until you get a smooth mass.
After that, you need to make a blank from the cottage cheese. It would not be superfluous to use a pastry bag for this. The resulting cottage cheese "sausages" should be sent to the freezer for several hours. After two hours, when the cottage cheese hardens, you can start glazing.
To do this, melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Dip the curd into the resulting mixture.
After this, the curds should be placed back in the freezer until the chocolate has completely hardened.
