If you want to diversify your usual menu, then zrazy is a great option.

You can add different ingredients to the potatoes, but a more filling and tasty combination is obtained with chicken.

What you need for cooking:

  • potatoes - 900 g;
  • minced chicken - 350 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking process

First, peel and chop the onion finely. You can also grate the vegetable or chop it with a blender.

Then you need to lightly brown the onion in a frying pan.

It is advisable to fry it together with the minced meat. The process should not take more than 7 minutes.

Also at this time you need to add salt and pepper.

The potatoes need to be boiled and then mashed. Once it has cooled, you can add flour and egg.
