Here is the simplest dessert that can be prepared in a hurry - apples in batter.
1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt in a deep bowl.
2. Add milk, mix flour with baking powder and add to the mixture.
3. Mix a thick batter that should slowly flow off the spoon.
4. Let the batter sit for 15-20 minutes and prepare the apples. They need to be peeled, cut into medallions and core removed.
5. Dip the apple medallions in batter on both sides and fry in a deep fryer or frying pan in a large amount of vegetable oil for 2 minutes. Serve with tea.
