The healthiest greens are spinach. It is not difficult to grow, but not everyone knows how to cook dishes with spinach.
The reason is not the process, but that most often spinach is used for salads or omelettes. Here is another equally tasty and filling dish - spinach soup.
1. Wash the greens and remove thick stems.
2. Wash the green onions and chop finely.
3. Mix the spinach and onion, pour in the broth and bring to a boil in a saucepan. Then cook the soup until the spinach becomes completely soft.
4. Remove the pan from the heat, add spices, nutmeg and stir.
5. Let the soup cool a little, chop the ingredients with a blender, add cream, bring to a boil and serve the soup.
