It can be boiled, stewed, baked and even eaten raw. Here is just such a salad recipe - Korean pumpkin.
1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and grate it using a grater for “Korean” carrots.
2. Peel the onion, chop it finely and fry it in vegetable oil until transparent.
3. Mix the vegetables together and add the garlic, passing it through a press.
4. Add spices, mix the ingredients and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
This salad can be preserved in a jar for the winter, but you will need to sterilize the preparation for 25 minutes in a saucepan with boiling water.
