Compote made from apples is considered one of the healthiest, because it contains a large amount of vitamin C, which is good for the immune system, as well as dietary fiber, which is necessary for the functioning of the digestive system.
To make a tasty and, as we have already figured out, healthy drink, prepare the following ingredients:
The apples should be washed and then cut into pieces, removing the core.
Now take a saucepan of a suitable size, pour 6 cups of water into it and put it on the fire. When the liquid boils, throw the apples into the pan and reduce the flame to medium.
After 1-2 minutes, add sugar and continue cooking the compote for no more than 5 minutes.
All that remains is to cool the drink and you can enjoy its amazing taste.
