What could be more desirable than a sip of a cool drink when you find yourself in the blazing sun?

The correct answer is nothing. But instead of buying a thirst-quenching soda at your local supermarket, try making your own refreshing lemonade.

It's not difficult at all and, as it turns out, very tasty.

To taste real Tarragon, stock up on 60-70 g of fresh tarragon.

You will also need lemon or lime, 150 g of sugar, 250 ml of plain water and 750 ml of sparkling water.

So, wash the greens and citrus, and put the soda in the refrigerator to cool.

Separate the tarragon leaves from the stems, throw them into a blender bowl and grind, adding 100 ml of water. The result will be a puree, which should be passed through a sieve.

Place the remaining stems together with sugar and 15 ml of water in a saucepan and heat until the granulated sugar is completely dissolved.

All that's left is to combine the puree, lemon or lime juice, syrup and soda in a jug and mix thoroughly. Homemade "Tarragon" should be drunk chilled.
