The main summer vegetable is zucchini. You can bake pancakes, fry it or stew it, or you can make a casserole.
It is enough to wash and grate the young zucchini, then squeeze out the excess juice.
The cheese can be grated on a fine grater. The greens are washed and chopped.
Mix soda with sour cream, let stand for 5 minutes, then add eggs, herbs, salt and pepper, cheese, add zucchini and stir.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the casserole for 40–50 minutes.
