One of the favorite summer dishes is zucchini pancakes. Each housewife has her own recipe, but there is a special one.
They say that this version will change all ideas about the usual dish.
The zucchini needs to be cut and salted, then left to stand for 10-15 minutes. This will remove excess juice and you won't have to squeeze out the vegetable pulp.
Then the vegetables are grated on a coarse or fine grater and mixed with chopped herbs.
Then add the egg and flour, salt and pepper to the mixture, stir and you can start frying.
To discover a new taste, zucchini pancakes should be served with a special sauce.
To do this, mix mayonnaise with ketchup, add fresh dill and fresh finely chopped (or grated) cucumbers.
These pancakes can be served as a side dish, for example, with chicken or meat.
