The season of zucchini in the kitchen begins. The vegetable is fried, baked, used for pancakes, frozen for the winter.
Another good option is to make a delicate cream soup. Considering the dietary nature of the vegetable, you don’t have to worry about extra centimeters on your waist.

Vegetable or meat broth will do, garlic, carrots and onions need to be washed and peeled.
The zucchini is peeled, the core is removed, it is cut into cubes, the garlic is crushed, the onion is chopped, and the carrots can be grated or chopped.
Then sauté the onion and carrot, when ready, place the zucchini in the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture into hot broth, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add salt and spices, grind the contents with a blender and add chopped garlic.
