There are quite a few recipes for dishes with zucchini. These are casseroles and pancakes, rolls and vegetable cakes, baked vegetables or with filling.
In the latter case, it is believed that the most delicious option is with minced meat filling. This is not true. Zucchini stuffed with cottage cheese is no less tasty and healthy.
The zucchini should be washed and cut lengthwise. If it is not a young vegetable, it would be a good idea to remove the skin and seeds.
Parsley and dill need to be chopped, and garlic should be passed through a press and mixed with herbs.
Then mix the cottage cheese and egg in a deep bowl, add chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, fill the zucchini with cottage cheese, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
