The simplest products, multiplied by simple actions, produce a delicious drink that will give you coolness on a hot day.
In summer, tea and coffee fade into the background. In the heat, you want something refreshing, tasty and light.
The composition of store-bought juice or soda does not inspire confidence, so many people prefer to prepare such drinks themselves.
Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Drop 4 bags (2 tbsp., if loose) of green tea into the liquid.
Next, add 30 g of mint and let it brew for 5 minutes. Then take 1 lemon, squeeze out the juice and stir.
At this stage, the self-sufficient drink is ready, but you can add honey for sweetness. However, the product is added only to already cooled lemonade.
All that remains is to strain, put in the refrigerator for an hour, then pour into a decanter and serve.
From personal experience: regular water can be replaced with soda, and lemon juice can be additionally diluted with another fruit or berry juice. In short, you can experiment endlessly, adjusting the taste, sweetness and acidity of the drink.
