Experienced cooks make zucchini cakes and rolls. And only the chosen ones cook a delicious soup from the vegetable. Save the recipe – it’s easy to cook, but it turns out delicious.
- 2-3 medium zucchini;
- 1 onion;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- 500 ml chicken broth;
- 1 glass of milk;
- 1 tablespoon flour;
- salt, pepper, herbs to taste.
1. Peel and seed the zucchini and cut it into cubes.
2. Fry the preparation in vegetable oil until golden brown.
3. Chop the onion, crush the garlic, add to the pan and fry for another 5 minutes.
4. Next add flour and mix well.
5. Transfer everything from the frying pan to a saucepan, pour in the chicken broth and milk, and bring to a boil.
6. Simmer the soup until done.
7. Add salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
8. Serve hot.
