What meat is better to fry separately?

Not all types of meat are used for frying with vegetables. Pork or chicken are cooked separately, vegetables are placed on another skewer. In this case, an exception can only be made for onions.

The thing is that vegetables cook faster. While the meat is fried, tomatoes, eggplants or zucchini will turn into a liquid, unappetizing substance.

Exceptions

In some cases, the rule can be broken. If the meat cooks quickly, it makes sense to place vegetables with it.

For example, beef or a 3 x 3 cm cube of meat will fry faster. In this case, cooks boldly alternate the main ingredient with mushrooms, peppers, and zucchini.
