To create this simple but delicious salad you will need one well-known vegetable, one popular fruit and a couple of boiled eggs.
First, you need to hard-boil two eggs. The finished ingredient needs to be peeled.
Next, you need to prepare one large cucumber and one large apple.
All eggs and fruits need to be chopped. A grater will help with this - the side with the small holes.
The result will be three masses that cannot be mixed. First, two of them must be "processed".
The apple mass should be doused with drops of lemon juice, and the cucumber mass should be sprinkled with salt to release moisture, which can be simply drained.
It's time to "assemble" the salad itself. To do this, simply take a square form and lay out all the ingredients in layers in any order. But the traditional approach is as follows: cucumbers at the bottom, eggs in the middle, and an apple on top.
The bottom and middle components need to be greased with some sauce. An excellent option is mayonnaise.
If desired, the dish can be sprinkled with dill or parsley.
