Homemade pies are in no way comparable to industrial baking. It's rarely the other way around.
And even if you're too lazy to cook, you shouldn't deny yourself the pleasure. Here's a recipe for ham and cheese pies that are quick, easy, and cooked in a frying pan.
Mix raw eggs with salt using a whisk and pour in warm kefir. Then add soda and sift flour.
Now you can knead the dough until it reaches a uniform consistency.
The filling is even easier to prepare. The onion and ham are finely chopped, the cheese and eggs can be grated on a coarse grater, and then everything is mixed.
We form the pies, fill them and fry them in a frying pan in a large amount of vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side under a lid.
