A light no-bake dessert can be made from cookies, cottage cheese and cream.
Any cookies can be used for the cake. Active participation in the preparation takes about 30 minutes.
The list of products consists of:
1. First, mix the cream with the powdered sugar and beat until a fluffy cream forms.
2. Whipped cream is mixed with soft cottage cheese.
3. Cover the cake pan with cling film. Dip the cookies in milk and place them on the bottom of the pan.
4. Spread the curd cream on top of the cookies. Make several such layers until the cream and cookies run out.
5. Cover the cake with cling film and leave it for 2 hours at room temperature. Then move the cake to the refrigerator.
6. When the dessert has been in the refrigerator, take out the mold, take out the cake, remove the film and trim the top and sides.
7. Next, grate the chocolate, chop the nuts and sprinkle them over the cake on all sides.
Cottage cheese of any fat content is suitable for the cake, but it is important that it is soft.
