Ingredients
The list of products consists of:
- sour cream – 400 g;
- water (boiling water) – 125 ml;
- cookies – 350 g;
- bananas – 3 pcs.;
- sugar – 150 g;
- gelatin – 25 g;
- vanilla sugar.
How to make a cake
1. Pour boiling water into the gelatin and stir until the ingredient dissolves.
2. Break the cookies into small pieces. Cut the bananas and place them in a large bowl with the cookies.
3. Beat the sour cream with regular and vanilla sugar using a mixer. In the process, pour in water with gelatin in a thin stream. After this, beat the cream for another 1 minute.
4. Pour the cream over the bananas and cookies and then mix with a spoon.
5. Cover the cake pan with film. This will make it easier to remove the finished treat.
The mixture is poured into a container and placed in the refrigerator. It is left in the cold for at least several hours.
6. Decorate the finished cake to your taste and serve.
