An unusual marinated appetizer with crab sticks, which will be a great addition to shashlik or any other meat dish.
The snack is prepared no longer than it takes to marinate meat for shashlik. About 90% of the time is spent on the product infusing in the refrigerator.
The list of products for preparing the snack consists of:
1. Crab sticks are cut into large cubes and placed in a suitable container or, for example, a jar. Only the highest quality crab sticks are suitable for this recipe.
2. Place red onion (half rings), bell pepper (strips), garlic (slices), hot chili pepper (rings) and chopped dill in a jar.
3. Next, prepare the dressing. Mix the vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, then pour the liquid into the jar and close the lid.
4. Shake the contents gently and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
