The most delicious pickled tomatoes will be ready in just one day.
They will make a great snack or ingredient for other culinary masterpieces.
To prepare it you will need the simplest products:
1. Chefs advise choosing small and firm tomatoes. Before cooking, they are thoroughly washed and left in cool water.
2. Wash the celery and then cut the stalks into small pieces.
3. Place celery, dill and garlic in a clean three-liter jar.
4. To speed up the preparation of tomatoes, make a cut at the stem.
5. Pour 3 liters of water into a saucepan. Add sugar, salt and pepper for taste. Put the brine on the fire and bring to a boil.
6. Carefully place the tomatoes in the jar and then pour in the brine. Close the lid tightly and place in a cool, dark place.
7. The tomatoes will be ready in at least a day. But the best taste should be expected within 3 days, when the brine becomes cloudy.
