To add variety to your menu, you don't have to pore over a little-known culinary delicacy.
It is enough to take the recipe of a familiar dish and change it a little, but without losing quality and taste.
For example, there is a simplified version of making chebureki. You don't have to knead the dough - just stock up on waffle cones and make some juicy mince.
To prepare the dish you will need:
1. The minced meat is salted and spices are added, and the onion is finely chopped and fried. The vegetable is mixed with the meat.
2. Next, add 1 egg and herbs to the minced meat and mix everything thoroughly.
3. The cakes are cut into 2 or 4 parts, and then the meat mixture is spread over them in a thin layer.
4. Beat 2 eggs with salt, then dip each cheburek into the egg mixture.
5. Fry the chebureki on both sides in a well-heated frying pan under a lid.
You can use any minced meat for chebureks.
As spices, use ground black pepper, dried parsley or bay leaf, a pinch of cloves or coriander.
