First, you need to prepare the potatoes in the same way: peel, wash and cut into strips.

Then the workpiece needs to be placed on a napkin or paper towels and the potato bars should be allowed to dry thoroughly.

After this, the cooking process moves into its final stage and flour will be required.

Place the dried dough in a deep dry bowl (or other container) and add flour – just enough to cover each block with an even layer.

Stir the contents so that the potatoes are evenly coated with a thin layer of flour.

At the same time, you can add spices, but not salt, because it will cause the vegetable to release juice and all your efforts will be ruined.

Now you can heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the potatoes without a lid, adding salt at the very end.
