Regular chicken hearts make a delicious appetizer worthy of an expensive restaurant, but you can easily make it at home.
Another noticeable advantage is that cooking does not take much time.
To prepare the snack you will need:
1. Clean and wash the hearts, cut them lengthwise and then fry them in a frying pan with ½ chopped onion.
2. Next, remove the hearts and onions from the frying pan. Put the mushrooms in their place, which are salted and peppered at this stage.
3. Mix sour cream with chopped garlic. Grate the vegetable or press it.
4. Next, take a baking dish and lay out the first layer, consisting of mushrooms. The second - hearts, and the third - cheese.
5. Pour sour cream and garlic over the dish and then place it in the oven. Cook the chicken hearts for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
