  • kefir – 200 ml;
  • eggs – 2-3 pcs.;
  • flour – 2 cups;
  • sugar – 5 tbsp;
  • powdered sugar;
  • vegetable oil.

How to prepare dessert

1. Sift the flour twice through a sieve to make the dough as airy as possible.

It is recommended to take the kefir out of the refrigerator in advance so that it warms up to room temperature.

2. Pour kefir into a deep bowl and add cottage cheese. Beat the mixture until smooth and bubbles appear.

4. Next, add some flour and knead the dough. It is recommended to use only a silicone spatula for this.
