There are many options for using the product in cooking. To avoid constantly buying condensed milk, you can make it at home in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
1. First, prepare a small saucepan. Pour sugar into it, then add milk. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a wooden spatula.
2. Put the resulting mixture on the fire and add oil. Stir the base constantly, do not leave it unattended for a long time.
3. When the milk boils, increase the heat and cook the mixture for 10 minutes. During this time, continue to stir the liquid periodically.
If the mixture foams a lot, reduce the heat a little.
4. After 10 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and place it in cold water for 3-5 minutes. This way, the condensed milk will cool down and thicken faster.
5. When the mixture becomes thick, pour it into a jar and close the lid. Store the homemade product in the refrigerator.
