Desserts rarely combine such qualities as taste and health benefits. It usually happens that if a dessert is tasty, it is not very healthy or vice versa.
This recipe is an exception and is suitable for those cases when you have cottage cheese but no imagination. You only need 10 minutes of time and the most simple ingredients.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix it in a bowl with powdered sugar and cocoa.
Add sour cream and mix the mixture until smooth.
The candied fruit should be cut into cubes and mixed with cottage cheese.
The chocolate needs to be grated on a fine grater.
From the prepared curd mass we form balls and first bread them in chocolate chips.
When ready, sprinkle the dessert with coconut flakes, put it in the refrigerator for a short time to harden, and serve.
Bon appetit!
