What to Make with Boiled Eggs: Not Salad or Stuffed Appetizers

After celebrating Easter, there is a whole mountain of boiled eggs left, which are eaten in the form of salads, stuffed snacks or simply with salt or mayonnaise.

You can use eggs to fill pies and pasties, but that's not the limit of culinary possibilities.

To prepare you will need:

  • 2 tbsp. water;
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce;
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar;
  • 1 tsp ground ginger;
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg;
  • 1 tsp dried garlic;
  • one clove;
  • boiled eggs.

How to cook

Boiled eggs should be peeled, but not chopped or crushed.

Place the frying pan on the fire and add water one by one, then sauce, then spices and stir.

When the sauce is hot, place whole boiled eggs in the pan and cook them in this sauce for 5-7 minutes.

During the frying process, a crispy crust should appear, and the protein will acquire an original spicy taste.

The yolk will remain the same as it was.
