In this version of the dough preparation, eggs are not used. But the preparation still turns out tasty and aromatic. The full list of ingredients consists of:
First, heat the kefir, then dissolve the sugar, salt and yeast. Sift the flour and add soda.
Then the dry mixture is gradually combined with kefir and mixed. If the dough is soft and uniform, then everything is done correctly.
When the mixture has reached the ideal consistency, cover it with a towel and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Next, the dough is divided into 4 parts. They are sprinkled with a small amount of flour, and then rolled into "sausages". Each of them is cut into 8-12 parts. The number depends on the desired size of the dumplings.
The filling is placed inside, and then the dumplings are formed. They are cooked for 5-7 minutes. However, if the dumplings are from the freezer, the time increases to 15-17 minutes.
