Experienced chefs prepare a gorgeous dessert that literally melts in your mouth in a frying pan in just a few minutes.

The recipe consists of simple ingredients, and even beginners can handle the cooking process. For the dessert, it is recommended to use a frying pan with a diameter of 22-24 cm.

Products

The list of ingredients for the crust consists of:

  • wheat flour – 50 g;
  • butter – 40 g;
  • cocoa – 40 g;
  • sugar – 60-70 g;
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • milk – 80 g;
  • orange zest – 1 teaspoon;
  • baking powder – 2.5 g.

  • chocolate – 75-80 g;
  • cream (33% fat) – 100 g.

How to make chocolate cake

1. Combine 4 ingredients in one bowl: zest, cocoa, sifted flour and baking powder.

2. Then melt 30 g of butter in a frying pan.

3. Beat the eggs with sugar using a whisk. Add milk and melted butter. Then add the dry ingredients and beat with a whisk – a homogeneous mass without lumps should form.

4. Melt 10 g of butter in a frying pan. Do not bring the product to a boil.

5. Pour the dough into the pan and then reduce the heat to low. Bake the crust under a closed lid.

As soon as the crust becomes porous on the surface, it is turned over. In addition, attention is paid to the fact that it is golden brown at the bottom. As a rule, it takes about 10 minutes to bake.

6. Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the cream, which was previously poured into a saucepan. Melt the mixture until smooth.

7. Next, turn off the heat and let the cake cool down a little, then transfer it to the pan. Prick the cake in several places with a skewer, and then carefully pour in cold milk.

8. Then it remains to pour the glaze over the cake. When the dessert has cooled down enough, put it in the refrigerator for an hour. After cooling, serve the cake.
