An unusual salad with vegetables and chicken that can be served for lunch or dinner.
When you get tired of the usual salad with tomatoes and cucumbers and want something new, this option is one of the best.
The cooking process is simple and the list of ingredients consists of:
1. Salt, pepper and add your favorite spices to the fillet, then place it on a heated frying pan with oil. When the chicken is browned on both sides, remove the frying pan from the heat. When the chicken has cooled, chop it into cubes.
2. Do not drain the oil after the meat, but fry the chopped champignons in the same pan. When the mushrooms are ready, transfer them to a separate dish.
3. After the mushrooms, sauté the carrots and chopped onions. Cook the vegetables until golden brown.
4. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl, add sliced cucumbers and season with mayonnaise. Mix the salad and serve.
