The preparation of the dessert begins with the cream.
Place the yolks in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add sugar and vanilla, flour and cornstarch, and then milk.
Mix all the ingredients, thoroughly breaking up the lumps, then place the pan on medium heat and cook the cream.
When the mixture becomes thick, cook for another minute, stirring, and remove the pan from the heat, transfer the cream to another bowl and cover with film so that the cream does not dry out, then the mixture should cool to room temperature.
After this, add the cream cheese and beat for 2-3 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth.
Then we put the cookies in the mold, pour some of the cream over them, distribute it evenly and put the next layer of cookies and the remaining cream.
Spread the cream again, sprinkle with cocoa and put the dessert in the refrigerator.
