Some housewives prepare Easter treats from year to year using the same recipe. Others are not shy about experimenting and are constantly in creative search.
For this occasion, we offer a recipe for custard paskha. Despite the complicated name, it is very easy to prepare.
The butter should be left at room temperature, the yolks should be separated from the whites and the yolks should be beaten with sugar until creamy.
Add cream here and mix, put the bowl in a water bath and bring the cream with yolks to a boil. It is important that the mass does not curdle.
Raisins and candied fruits should be soaked in hot water, nuts should be fried.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve twice and add it to the cooled mixture of yolk and cream, mix with a blender, and then add butter, nuts and dried fruits.
Mix again and, covering the form with gauze, put the curd mass into it, put it under a press and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
Bon appetit!
