Dumplings with vinegar

The dumplings are cooked as usual. And the vinegar is served diluted with water.

For 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar you need to take 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.

The sauce is poured into a saucer and the dumplings are dipped into it before eating.

There is another option.

You need to mix 2 tablespoons of 9% vinegar with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Then add the same amount of dumpling broth and 3 cloves of crushed garlic.

Mix the ingredients, let it brew for 5 minutes, strain if necessary and serve in a separate bowl.
